You are invited to a PRESS CONFERENCE to discuss
THE CONTINUING PERSECUTION OF PROF. JOSE MARIA SISON:
IMPLICATIONS AND CONSEQUENCES TO PEACE NEGOTIATIONS
The Prosecution has decided to continue the preliminary investigation
of the case against Prof. Jose Maria Sison up to the middle of 2008 despite
the previous decisions of the District Court of The Hague (13 September
2007) and the Court of Appeal (3 October 2007) that there is no prima
facie evidence against him and that the charge has a political context
biased against him and despite the decision of the Judge Commissioner
(21 November 2007) to close the preliminary investigation.
